Dust - a safer place to text App Reviews

Ever since I installed this app, I receive nothing but spam via SMS. Applications idea is a good one, but the trade off of getting tons of spam via SMS doesnt make it worth it at all. I wouldnt recommended.

Great app. Nice features. Except it could be more secure with a passcode lock. This is an essential feature for a "private" communication app. Will change to 5 stars once that feature is added.

Awesome app way better than snap chat

At first the app seems like another flop but its actually prefer neat. Its like snapchat and ask fm in a way but a whole different story too. Wouldnt be surprised if it got popular. Definitely should get

Latest version crashes on startup!

Shows the loading screen animation, then crashes. Using ipad 3.

Open the app it starts load then crash, done. iPhone 6

App starts to open and then shuts down! For a new app trying to gain popularity not a good sign!

Shutting down accounts is censorship! NEVER acceptable!!!!

Way to go Marc! Lure people in with clams of no monitoring & privacy, then when you have an established user base, hit them with outright spying and censorship! Hell why not just go through all of the logs & start blackmailing people now too!

I have had the app for a year now. Worked fairly well for a period of time but seems to get more and more buggy. Certain UX is poorly thought out. Most recently the app just wont work, wont go further than the loading screen. I work in tech, this isnt a user issue, its a dev issue. All operating and app updates are complete. Prior to it not working the push notifications stopped. I literally had to send a "dust" and then SMS the person i just sent the dust to to tell them to check it. Going to zero with a bullet.

When i update to new version, application doesnt run on iphone 4s ;(

It gets stuck after I type in my birthday

Been using cyber dust with my company and its been an awesome tool to keep our communications private. Ive been able to network with others in my industry as well.
